1. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the delivered product.

We will process your refund no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, and you will not be charged any additional fees for reimbursement.

2. Conditions for Returns

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following conditions:

✅ The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

3. Returning Goods

4. Gift Returns

• You will receive a gift credit for the return value.
• A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned product is received.

🎁 If the product was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver shipped it to themselves before giving it to you:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser (gift giver).
